A sneaky pro-abortion bill, SB 1237, is making its way through our California legislature. The bill is disguised, but the pro-abortion group NARAL Pro-Choice America (previously known as National Abortion Rights Action League) is cheering the bill and saying it will exapnd abortion access.

The last policy hearing is Monday, August 10 in the Assembly Business and Professions Committee. Please send in your opposition letters ASAP by following the instructions on this page. Here are the members of the committee. Call up their offices and let them know you don't think California should lower its standard of care, just to make it easier for women to get abortions. Abortion only causes more pain and suffering.

The fact that pro-abortion groups support SB 1237 is a very good reason to oppose it.
